"Thomas has been my go to agent for many years - my dad is the one who recommended this agency to me and I couldn’t have been more happy he did ! Thomas is someone you can call to ask questions and he is never in a rush and will make sure everything is explained in terms you understand then he follows up with a email just to recap everything that the phone conversation is about so its really helpful to have that to reference back too. It’s also super nice that when you call he actually answers the phone versus having to spend time with an automated machine !
Anytime I am needing a document or something changed I am always amazed that he gets it done so quickly ! In this day and age you usually have to spend an hour on the phone then wait 10 business days for a simple document but not with Thomas!
